Panthers 37, Bengals 37
It's not often an NFL game ends in a tie but if it had to happen, it would happen to the Cincinnati Bengals. On a day when the Browns thump the Steelers a victory by the Bengals would have been a full game up on the Browns at 4-1. Instead they "fall" to 3-1-1.
